About

I build businesses. I grow client relationships. And over 34 years, I've learned that the best technology leaders aren't the ones who manage the most complexity — they're the ones who make complexity disappear for the people who depend on them. Where it started Early in my career, I ran Midrange and Helpdesk services for the National Stock Exchange of India. In a trading exchange, there is no tolerance for error. The defining moment of that chapter was leading the physical relocation of NSE's infrastructure to its current home at BKC, Mumbai — without a single disruption to live trading. It set a standard I've carried into everything since. Where it went from there I joined HCLTech as part of the founding group that built the Remote Infrastructure Management model from the ground up — before the market had a name for it, before the frameworks existed. We figured it out in real time, under real pressure, for real clients. What I've built I grew HCLTech's Canada operations from ~600 to ~2,800 professionals, with 35–40% revenue growth year over year for three consecutive years. I expanded our footprint through delivery centers in Mississauga, Moncton, and Edmonton, earned the #1 Top Employer in Canada recognition, and built landmark partnerships with some of the country's largest enterprises — including a multi-year managed services expansion with one of Canada's largest telecom giants. What I do today As Executive Vice President, I carry a dual global mandate — Global Vertical Delivery Head for Life Sciences & Healthcare, and Canada Delivery Head. I lead complex, regulated delivery portfolios where the stakes extend well beyond commercial outcomes, while working alongside enterprise CIOs on the decisions that don't have easy answers: modernization roadmaps, infrastructure investments, operating model redesigns. Outside HCLTech I advise the CEOs of two early-stage technology ventures in the Identity Governance & Administration and Zero Trust security space — on enterprise go-to-market, regulated industry positioning, and product-market fit.
