My design is passion led. Healthcare is a complex space where success leads to improving lives, and innovation betters our world’s health. Growing up in Singapore as a French citizen has opened me up to different perspectives and has left me a naturally curious individual, which is at the core of my design philosophy. My approach to design begins with empathy for every stakeholder involved to define the full picture and form a system understanding of products. I’m able to make well informed concepts based on user centric research and collaboratively carry these concepts through to commercialization with cross-functional teams. Translating sustainability into the context of healthcare is a special ability of mine. I leverage my education around the topic to inspire and empower those around me to do the same. My work spans a wide range of care settings within healthcare through my experience at 3M, and has earned external award recognition.
