I’m Radhika, a design leader, researcher, and storyteller with 14+ years experience across product and consulting, having worked in domains such as Fintech, Healthcare, Telecom and Cybersecurity. Studied Product design and started my career as a design researcher. Over the years, I have learnt that great design isn’t always about simplifying everything. At times it’s about taking something complex and presenting it in a way that feels usable, empowering and even exciting to tackle and give the optimal level of dissonance to the user. For me, it starts with deeply understanding user behavior and needs, then shaping experiences that make people feel in control and capable of solving complex problems. Giving people what they need (be it a digital experience or a kids story book) at the right time and in the right way is what I love doing. I’ve been leading UX teams for over 10 years, shaping strategies that balance user and business needs. My research background helps me simplify complexity, connect the dots and design with purpose. Outside of work, I'm and published children’s book author, bringing my 6-year-old daughter’s questions and art to life through stories filled with imagination and kindness, and on a mission to convert my apartment into a mini jungle :)
