I’ve had the privilege of managing HR operations across 60+ cities, where I’ve consistently raised the bar on employee experience, reducing attrition rates and improving engagement. Some of my key achievements include: Successfully reducing attrition from 18% to 3% at Rebel Foods. Launching the COVID Support team to assist employees with medical needs during the pandemic, alongside spearheading a vaccination drive and raising emergency funds. Implementing HRMS platforms such as Darwin Box and automating key HR functions, including payroll, attendance, and recruitment processes. Developing and executing succession planning, performance management, and leadership development programs. I believe in the power of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
