• > Successfully prepared Si/HC Composite which delivers a discharge capacity of 900 mAh/g at 2C after 50 cycles.
• > Worked across the battery materials value chain and was involved in carrying out the pyrolysis, slurry making, electrode printing, cell assembly and testing.
• > Preparation of 15+ samples involving a complex reaction using hydrothermal reactors, vacuum filtration, and leaching to remove the catalyst material.
• > Elemental analysis of the product was conducted after every step of the process using Raman spectroscopy, SEM, and XRD to characterize the morphology of graphite within the samples.
• > Applied advanced electrical testing methodologies using a potentiostat to gather critical information on impedance and the electrochemical mechanisms within the battery through EIS and CV.

The key responsibilities were gathering and analyzing supply planner requirements, configuring, and presenting a comprehensive solution aligned with stakeholder expectations. My contributions included:
• Executed Digital Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions to streamline various business planning capabilities (Demand, S&OP, Procurement, Production, MRP, Distribution) using o9’s heuristic Supply Chain Solver (SCS), enabling end-to-end visibility and creating a digital twin for customers.
• Implemented the Expiry Days feature, enabling planners to dynamically manage product shelf life at the Item-Location-LotID level, impacting expected receipts and downstream supply chain operations.
• Developed custom UI reports to capture critical Network Management parameters, such as Shared Transport Resources and Supplier Priority, facilitating planner input and decision-making.
• Successfully handled 9+ client-specific user stories during the sprint phase, which involved developing pages for Routing Maintenance and Critical Raw Materials, allowing Supply Planners to input data and visualize changes in the production plan.
• Authored 20+ action button rules using o9 IBPL (Integrated Business Planning Language) to meet complex, multi-level requirements, ensuring compliance with detailed user stories.
• Resolved 50+ UI/UX defects on the o9 platform, improving user experience and functionality.

• The topic of my thesis was to study the phenomenon of Direct Bonding of Copper on an Alumina Substrate and the Thermal Modeling of the Cu-Alumina system. The salient features of my work were:
• > Conducted a thorough literature review on the thermodynamics and kinetics of Cu-Al₂O₃ bonding. The importance of pre-oxidation was understood, and the key phases that facilitate solid-state DBC bonding were identified.
• > Proposed a heat treatment cycle for DBC bonding; experimental studies were conducted on the pre-oxidation of copper using a muffle furnace.
• > Oxide thickness measurements were carried out using SEM-EDX.
• > Thermal and electrical modeling of the substrates, with a semiconductor placed on top, was performed using COMSOL Multiphysics.
