Vision-to-paper - This is a 2-3 week discovery centered around: requirements gathering, solutions review, and engineering architecture. You will get a report at the end documenting key discoveries, decisions, and a full implementation plan. 2. Implementation - Our goal is to get you a win within 6 weeks. The first 5 weeks are dedicated to implementation, and the last week is dedicated to QA, hand-off, and documentation. We will send you twice a week updates over email, and do a live demo with you every two weeks. 3.
