• Led the frontend engineering group (aka FED Guild) in the offices in several locations: Ukraine (Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv), and Poland (Krakow) (160 persons total).
• Established a Ukrainian Team Leaders (22 persons) and Interviewers (67 persons) forums, managed the forum of developer representatives from all teams (aka FED Guild Masters forum, 57 persons) working together on defining our professional standards and implementing them in their teams.
• Revised interviewing process to decrease “time-to-hire” by 20% without losing the quality, led to the creation of the new assignments
• Created an internal tool to issue test assignments to new candidates which improved the candidates, interviewers and recruiters experiences.
• Established the collaboration with Leetcode on behalf of global Wix Engineering to spread the word about the company and its interview process.
• Reviewed Guild Engineering Guidelines & Standards. managed the contribution and maintenance of them as well as enforcement where applicable.
• Defined the vision for the FED Guild in Ukraine and Poland, working together with managers and architects to make it happen, having a comprehensive understanding of Wix’s roadmap, and finding the cross-Wix FED Guild focus to promote it.
• Collaborated with FED Guild Managers from Israel, Poland, Netherlands, and Lithuania on global efforts and vision.

• Performed as an Engineering Manager or Technical Project Manager (called Technical Owner of the Stream), Tech Lead, and Frontend Chapter Lead at a company that provides software for real-time information and performance insights for the maritime industry.
• Worked closely with the Head of Products to align the technical solutions with OKRs in long-term roadmaps.
• Supervised delivery of 4 products that are being used in 200+ customer vessels.
• Developed a high-loaded stream application for live vessel performance monitoring and alerting able to handle millions of events per second.
• Developed the live data visualization customer-facing dashboard using React and Highcharts.
• Improved platform architecture and increased scalability: migrated monolith backend to microservices, set up client-server relations using gRPC and GraphQL with Golang.
