About

I spent 3 years writing backend code before anyone called me a PM. That transition changed how I think about product work — less about frameworks, more about whether the thing actually ships and whether it actually helps. At Labra I've worked on the same platform through multiple phases: as an engineer building integrations, then as APM figuring out what to build, now as PM owning the roadmap. That continuity has been useful. I know why certain decisions were made, where the technical debt lives, and which customer problems keep coming back. Some things I'm proud of: an deal workflow that cut lifecycle time by ~65%, a scoring system that surfaced better-fit deals and contributed to 40% more pipeline, and an onboarding that got 100+ customers to value faster. These weren't solo efforts — I had good engineers, a CS team, and customers who gave me honest signal when I needed it. What I brought was ownership: getting the problem right before committing to a solution, and staying close enough to the work that the important details didn't fall through the cracks between teams. I'd rather spend an afternoon with a CS rep or Support dashboard than have a third meeting about strategy. But the best strategic calls I've made started with something I heard in one of those conversations — not a slide.
