In May 2026, I left a Senior AI PM role to build solo. 7 years at Flipkart and HighLevel taught me it was the right call. - First at Flipkart, scaling grocery from 5 cities to 700, growing GMV from ₹70 crore to ₹250 crore. - Then at HighLevel, shipping AI across a platform used by 90,000+ agencies and 1 million+ businesses worldwide. - Most recently as Senior AI Product Manager at Generalmind, building B2B AI for supply chains. In May 2026, I left to build solo. Not because I had a grand plan. Because I did the math and it stopped making sense NOT to. One person can now ship what used to take a team of 5. The cost of trying has collapsed. Tools, infra, distribution are all free or near-free. The cost of waiting is compounding faster than any salary increase ever will. So I'm building in public.
