Anagha Karwa — UX Designer
A curiosity to learn more and find out more while being empathetic, observant, and thorough are the qualities that have helped me become a good UX designer. I enjoy working in teams because it opens up diverse perspectives on design and makes it more inclusive. While when I work alone, I can switch into focus mode and am apt in analysing my chain of thoughts by debating with myself and getting work done. I am a user-centric designer and I use my research and insights to inform my solutions and designs. I believe that a well-designed product holds the power to make our world simpler & better one step at a time. Even today, many great ideas fail because they are designed for users without completely understanding the user. After working with a few organizations, I have been successful in helping them with problem identification, primary user research & secondary research, and also designing a solution for these problems, both digital & physical. I tend to draw inspiration from the craziest of places, times, and manners, so you will find my Notes app full of these random ideas, thoughts, inspirations, and sketches!
