Narayani Jayakumar — Business Development Executive
I've always been drawn to what makes people work well, together, and within themselves. At Ultrahuman, I got a close look at how high-performance culture actually gets built: through affiliate partnerships, revenue strategy, and the quiet infrastructure behind growth. It was commercial work, but at its core, it was about understanding people - what motivates them, what keeps them engaged, what makes them stay. That curiosity is what's pulling me toward HR. Not the administrative side of it, but the strategic one, how organizations attract the right people, build cultures worth staying in, and design work that actually brings out something real in someone. I'm an MBA candidate at Vedica Scholars Programme for Women ('26), one of the more selective postgraduate programs in the country, and I'm using this time to go deeper into people strategy, talent, and organizational culture. Outside of academics, I've spent most of my life dancing. Trained across multiple forms since childhood, and competed with my crew at over 30 college fests across India, including IIT Kanpur, IIT BHU, and IIM Bangalore, where we took first. Dance taught me something about teams that no classroom has: that real sync takes trust, timing, and the willingness to make each other look good. That's the kind of culture I want to help build.
