• Sprinklr is platform for big brands to manage their hundreds of social media accounts. Volume of messages coming into platform is very huge, we work on such large scale data to provide advanced and automated customer care solution to manage their social media profiles.

• I worked on mainly upgrading elasticsearch (from V1 to V5) in this period of internship, this upgrade required reindexing of all the data. I migrated elasticsearch clusters from ES1 to ES5 with around 1B documents using mesos, with fault tolerance and 0 downtime.

• Sprinklr is social media management platform. The rate at which messages arrive at Sprinklr from various social media platforms differs from time to time. I have developed an algorithm to detect the anomalies in the rate of arrival of messages and detect the trends, using Moore's voting algorithm and T-Digest data structure with some static rules.
