With a proven track record as an entrepreneur and innovation leader, he founded India's first social hiring and career discovery platform "LetsCatchup"​, which got acquired by Asia's fastest-growing tech recruitment marketplace Getlinks Inc. Previously, Vinay was involved with a silicon valley education company as a product & strategy consultant and was the founding head of a gaming company called “punflay.com”, with a very strong portfolio in the field of mobile education, gaming, and application development. In 2007, he co-founded, “Hexolabs”, which soon became a leading mobile VAS company in India with its work in speech recognition technology.
