I grew up in a house where money was tight and opportunity felt distant. When I wanted to be a pilot, I couldn't afford the fees. When I dreamed of engineering, I didn't get the rank. I kept going anyway, because I never considered giving up as an option. What bothered me then and still bothers me now is that the world has no way of measuring what people are actually capable of. A certificate doesn't tell you that. A resume doesn't tell you that. A job title certainly doesn't. That's the problem I'm building GrowQR to solve. So far, I’ve been a first-gen founder. → Started with a comic subscription model in a Delhi bedroom. → Built an events company in college that got acquired before I graduated. → Went to Silicon Valley with Google. Came back to build Blockspace, India's first blockchain library, which was eventually acquired by a US company. → Built Colexion into Asia's largest licensed NFT marketplace, and Co-founded Paycio Through all of it, one thread never changed: I wanted to create jobs, create access, and create systems where talent gets a fair shot.
