I understand the typical digital business processes in an Insurance company and have been involved in projects that help map IT systems to business requirements. I'm managing digital business transformation agenda, created/designed digital blue print and roadmap and now delivering the same for an insurance company. Responsible to launch Life Insurance products on all the core applications and on digital platforms. I have a vast experience of legacy system modernization, recently created and replaced a core new business and underwriting platform. It was a super complex project of creating a new age policy issuance and Underwiring system, which is fully scaledup. This is new age Digital/Cloud native workflow and UW system, a cutting edge serverless microservices based platform which is reducing 80% of our QC time, automated UW engine helping to enhance the clear case and also cut 50% of our product development time.
