• My introduction to the world of wellness was neither by traditional education nor by a typical career path. I experienced the world of wellness as I worked to find solutions for my son's brain injury. In that journey I met several interesting people - some originals, some imitations and a lot who were outright fraud. I eventually dedicated myself to the the vision/mission/passion/philosophy of the Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential (www.iahp.org) - a pioneering & magical place founded by Glenn Doman and now run by his daughter Janet Doman and their wonderful staff. I spent the last 10 years dedicating more than 10,000 hours as a child brain development practitioner and learning the mysteries of nature through the brain and the wellness approaches that impact it. It has been the most enriching journey in my life and has given meaning to the struggle of a parent of a child with brain injury. It also led to the foundational principles behind the Wellness Quotient Community and the Community.inc movement that we have pioneered, through which we are trying to give back to people the control over their health and optimal living.
