Recognizing my passion for storytelling and visual arts, I transitioned into visual effects and CG animation, contributing to acclaimed projects like Life of Pi and Snow White & The Huntsman. Eager to expand my horizons, I moved into line production, applying my technical background to manage on-ground execution of film projects. The project’s scale and global aspirations made it one of the most fulfilling collaborations of my career. In 2024, I joined Netflix India as Head of Production Management. I led internal production operations and budgeting across the entire slate, later focusing on Series and Unscripted formats. Leading a seasoned team, I fostered a collaborative environment where ownership, respect, and innovation thrived. My strength lies in bridging creative and operational domains. I engage with scripts from development through execution, manage financial frameworks, and possess a deep understanding of crew, vendor, and union dynamics both in India and internationally. Whether negotiating Above The Line terms with artists and directors or addressing Below The Line challenges on the ground, I excel in problem-solving and integrating all production elements cohesively. Since 2011, I’ve been part of the core management team at Ambition Learning Solutions, contributing to the development of digital-first educational content—a venture that has broadened my perspective on content delivery beyond traditional cinema. I remain curious, collaborative, and driven by stories that resonate and endure.
