My experience in Business HR and Talent Management, handling the largest employee base of close to 2000 people in HDFC Life, FINO, InfoCepts and lastly Kotak Mahindra Bank has given me the necessary exposure on the end to end Human Capital Management front especially for Technology functions. In my last stint at YES Bank, I was a Business HR Leader for Core Enabling functions like IT, Central Data & Analytics, Retail Operations and IFM (Real estate, Facilities and Administration) which involves end to end Business Partnering, Senior Level Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and being the go to person for Employee Relations Specialties: NLP certfied Practioner, Life Coach, Employee Engagement, Bulk/Niche Recruitment, Head Hunting, Talent Management, University Relations & Hiring, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Soft Skills Training, Associate Allocation. Beyond work: I am a fun loving,sporty and outgoing person who likes his individual space as well. I derive my life values from my own bouquet of experiences and the different sports I have grown up playing.
