• Project Manager for NextGen EHR datacenter migration, seamlessly transitioning from one hosting vendor to another while giving us full access to our SQL databases. This allowed development of other applications (noted above), contributing greatly to company’s success.
• Developed and presented a wide array of complex reports and interactive dashboards for a variety of departments using advanced SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python and SSRS.
• Created custom data entry templates within the EHR to ensure optimal data capture. The data gathered on these templates were later used to drive numerous reports and other applications.

• Created software application using C# which parses discrete data points such as pain scores from free-texted clinical notes using a keyword search algorithm and saves it as a flat CSV file for SQL import.

• Led weekly research committee calls to facilitate collaboration and progress on various research projects.
• Coordinated the annual summer research program, mentoring and supervising 15-20 prospective medical students each year.
