I am currently working on implementation of Production Scheduling tool across multiple formulation sites at Sunpharma Previously I worked as EA to COO at the Encube Ethicals Pvt Ltd. which provided me with the exposure to Process improvement, Yearly supply planning, procurement including the SAP system usage in these operations. I have handled projects such as Stock Audit, IIOT Implementation ( Dashboarding ) , MES Implementation end-to-end from project conceptualization until the execution aspects as well. Prior to this I did a 6-month Internship as a Program Manager with the Business Process Re-engineering team of Apple for Streamlining Supply Demand Management & Execution Planning along with an analytics dashboard for tracking the touch metrics. Also, I have worked on Depot Network Optimisation using weighted K-Means Clustering technique and Power BI & Advanced Excel at Dalmia Bharat Group during my Post Graduation at NITIE Mumbai. Certified in Foundations of Project management & Project Initiation by Google in Coursera
