I am an enterprise SaaS business leader with over two decades of experience building and scaling revenue, customer lifecycle, and delivery functions across technology companies and high-growth startups. Over the last several years, my focus has been on helping B2B SaaS companies grow by aligning product, customer success, and revenue teams around measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers. Most recently as Chief Revenue Officer at O4S, I led the company’s global revenue and customer lifecycle functions, scaling the business from early commercial traction to a multi-million dollar ARR platform serving enterprise clients across supply chain and manufacturing ecosystems. My role spanned the full commercial lifecycle including enterprise sales, customer success, delivery, account expansion, and strategic partnerships. Prior to this, I built and led multiple growth and operations functions across technology platforms and marketplace businesses. At Grofers (now Blinkit), I was part of the early leadership team responsible for marketplace expansion, key accounts development, and launching new business initiatives including an offline retail channel. Earlier in my career I worked across enterprise technology services at Fujitsu and Wipro, managing large enterprise sales cycles and complex solution engagements across international markets.
