  • This fun, weekend adventure of managing sourcing, packaging, branding, and sales got us INR 30K in sales within the first 2 weeks. We scaled at ~18% WoW growth, generated ~INR 4.1L in lifetime revenue with ~24% margins.
  • Most sales came from 5 pop-ups across commercial and residential complexes, followed by a convenient digital store presence with Swiggy Minis.
  • Had a discontinue operations due to personal reasons in Oct 2023.
  • Interesting learnings:
  • 1. Consumers are serious about ingredients. Anything with sugar is a strict no, or at-least raises some eye-brows. Jaggery is still acceptable
  • 2. Convenience is king. "Just add water" was our USP all the way
  • 3. On-ground activations are still a great way to get authentic feedback
