For a majority of the working population getting up everyday to punch the clock can be a dreadful experience. I seek to make any work environment a destination for success, and happiness. There are plenty of opportunities to improve production and satisfaction simultaneously but most of these originate from feedback generated from the working individual. Working in HR, management or any supervisory role allows me to implement strategies and techniques that can make work more enjoyable and engaging.
