Hi there, How are you doing today? Thank you for stopping by my little corner on LinkedIn. I hope we can get to know each other a little bit better. My career path has been quite diverse and unique. I began as a dentist (yes, I have a dental degree from one of the premier institutes 😝 from a long time ago!) and then explored transcription, finally decided to do an MBA and now my roots are deeply entrenched in HR/People function. This has given me a broad perspective and background as an HR professional. It also helps me to connect with new people easily πŸ˜‰. During my day, you will find me leading a team of highly talented Shared Services (People Solutions) team members. I have had the pleasure of working for various geographies like AP, CEMEA, EU and work on various Global projects. My passion is to work with various functions of HR & the Tech team to identify, strategize and design globally scalable HR process improvements/automation. Nothing gives me more joy than taking a jumbled up/complex process, streamlining it and see the real impact of it on employees, stakeholders, & HR team.   • Transition from Center of Excellence (COE) teams to HR Shared services team:
  • o 2 headcount worth of operational work was transitioned to HRSS team, which helped COEs to channel their time to more strategic and high-value work.
  • Transition from different HRSS teams to India HRSS team: ~4 head count worth
  • Transition efforts resulted in reduction in number of requests routed to COEs from 36% in FY19 to 19% in FY21
