About

I build AI systems that turn messy, real-world problems into structured, working workflows. Right now, I’m building applianceFix.ai—an AI-powered troubleshooting system for field service technicians. The goal is simple: take an unstructured problem (e.g., “ice maker not working”) and turn it into a clear diagnostic path, root cause, and step-by-step resolution. This involves: designing structured data models for real-world systems building LLM-driven workflows that convert free-form inputs into actionable outputs developing backend services and search/ranking logic (NodeJS, Firestore, GCP) shipping user-facing applications (React Native) used in real workflows Earlier in my career, I worked as a software engineer building large-scale systems. Over time, I moved into product and customer-facing roles, where I focused on translating real-world workflows into working solutions. AI has brought those two paths back together. Today, I combine hands-on system development with a strong focus on workflow design and systems thinking—using decomposition and iterative development to move quickly from prototype to production-ready systems. More broadly, I’m interested in how AI can replace fragmented operational processes with intelligent systems—especially in service, support, and field operations. I’m especially interested in roles where I can: work directly with real-world problems and users build and deploy AI systems end-to-end operate in high-ownership, ambiguous environments If you’re working on problems where AI is fundamentally changing how work gets done, I’d love to connect.

  • I’m building applianceFix.ai, an AI-powered troubleshooting and workflow system for field service technicians.
  • The system transforms unstructured problem descriptions into structured diagnostic workflows—identifying likely root causes, recommended resolution steps, required parts, and labor estimates.
  • The goal is to replace fragmented troubleshooting processes with a case-based, AI-driven system that improves over time.
  • I’ve developed an initial working system spanning:
  • structured case-based knowledge architecture (problem → root cause → resolution)
  • LLM-driven workflows for translating free-form inputs into actionable outputs
  • backend services (NodeJS, Firestore, GCP) for search, ranking, and retrieval
  • a React Native tablet interface designed for real-world technician workflows
  • Currently, I’m focused on early deployment and validation with field service teams—working directly with prospective users to test assumptions, refine workflows, and iterate toward production-scale usage.
  • My approach is to start with the real workflow, decompose it into structured components, and rapidly move from prototype to production through iterative development.
  • Demo and walkthrough available upon request.
