I’m a Product Manager who enjoys working on problems where technology, user behavior, and business outcomes intersect. I’m especially drawn to high-intent journeys where small product decisions can meaningfully shift conversion, revenue, reliability, or cost, and where building the right systems matters more than shipping surface-level features. At ImpactGuru, I’ve owned products end to end across growth, payments, onboarding, CRM, and AI driven automation, working across both user facing journeys and core platform systems. Much of my work has focused on building scalable foundations rather than isolated features, whether that meant redesigning support and onboarding models, creating platform layers for payments routing and automation, or structuring growth funnels through experimentation. I’ve led initiatives across AI support systems, payment orchestration, growth experimentation, abandoned lead automation, direct checkout funnels, fractional donations, and voice based onboarding, with a consistent focus on reliability, scalability, and long term impact rather than short term wins. I work in a highly data-driven way and take clear ownership of decisions and tradeoffs. Analytics, experimentation, and structured problem solving sit at the center of how I approach product. Whether it’s designing an A/B test, diagnosing funnel drop-offs, evaluating growth versus reliability tradeoffs, or making calls under uncertainty, I rely on data to guide direction and take responsibility for outcomes. I enjoy bringing clarity to ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and working closely with engineering, design, growth, operations, and leadership teams to move products from idea to production. Before ImpactGuru, I worked with Headstrait Software, supporting the delivery of products for enterprise clients. My work there was execution focused and foundation building, spanning digital onboarding, KYC and compliance workflows, services-to-SaaS transformation, a no-code app builder platform, and an early stage Web3 marketplace POC for a UAE client. That experience shaped how I think about operating in regulated environments, delivery discipline, and building systems that are dependable in production. I’m based in Dubai and open to connecting with teams building in fintech, payments, AI products, and high-growth tech in the UAE. If the problem is meaningful, and worth solving properly, I'm excited to dive in. Outside of work, I’m a big sports fan. Weekends usually mean football, cricket, motorsports, or an MMA card. It’s my way of switching off and resetting.
