Mahima Chaturvedi — Product Designer

I design complex products that need to feel simple. Over the last 4+ years, I’ve worked across enterprise tools, B2B platforms, SaaS products, edtech, and operational systems, helping teams create experiences that improve both usability and business efficiency. At Airbound, I currently work on drone operation software and internal enterprise platforms, including Ground Control Station interfaces, fleet tracking systems including QC workflows, repair and maintenance management, and operational handoff tools. A large part of my work involves simplifying dense workflows, improving visibility across teams, and designing systems that support fast-moving operational environments. Before this, I worked with companies including Material Depot, Mondelez India, ALLEN Next, Online Manipal, IDfy, Nextbillion.ai, and Coverstack. My projects have ranged from redesigning B2B commerce flows and planning experiences to gamifying sales journeys and improving learning accessibility through bilingual UX. I enjoy working at the intersection of UX, systems thinking, and product strategy, especially on products where operational clarity and scalability matter as much as visual polish. I was also a Product Manager Fellow at NextLeap, which helped expand my understanding of product thinking, AI-driven workflows, and business strategy to become a stronger systems-oriented designer. Long term, I’m looking to contribute to global product teams building enterprise, mobility, logistics, AI, SaaS, or operational technology products.
