I’m a Senior UX Researcher with 7+ years of experience and an academic background in Cognitive and Behavioural Sciences and Psychology, working at the intersection of human behavior, product strategy, and emerging technology. I use mixed-methods research to help teams make sense of complex problems and move forward with clarity and confidence. At Cleartrip (Flipkart), I lead strategic research across the Holidays and Hotels verticals, as well as consumer and AI-powered experiences. My work spans early discovery, problem framing, and validation, and has supported the launch of a new Holidays line of business, improved acquisition and conversion across travel journeys, and helped scale a GenAI travel assistant that reduced agent dependency while improving lead conversion through chat. I work closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to ensure research meaningfully informs roadmaps and OKRs. Beyond individual projects, I care about scaling research impact – building shared insight repositories, running stakeholder immersion programs, and setting clear research priorities so insights actually get used. With my academic training as a cognitive and behavioural scientist, I’m comfortable operating in ambiguity, combining rich qualitative understanding with quantitative signals to inform confident product decisions.
