I design AI-native interfaces for events at enterprise scale. At Cvent, I work on the systems behind it, an AI Pattern Library used across product teams, agents that handle attendee scheduling and discovery, and platform-level search. The interesting part isn't "adding AI to a screen." It's figuring out how a 100k-attendee conference's worth of intent compresses into one prompt and what UI patterns make those decisions legible, reversible, and trusted. Before Cvent, I shipped post-purchase journeys at Cars24 (test drives, referrals, BC2D funnel) and learned that the e-commerce muscle: converting intent without breaking trust, translates surprisingly well into AI. I have an MDes from IIT Delhi and a B.Arch from MNIT Jaipur, which is where I learned to think in systems before screens. Currently most interested in: agent UX patterns, AI evaluation tooling for designers, and how design systems evolve when interfaces are partially generated. I write occasionally about all three.
