  • Defined the procedure to scale Voice AI agents across Indian regional languages with optimal configurations, and built an evaluation layer on top which does complete speech analysis: Audio and text based analysis
  • Introduced automated Voice AI agent testing (LLM-as-judge): One LLM simulates a user, chats with the VoiceBot while a second LLM evaluates the conversation against success criteria saving 2–3 hrs of manual QA per client handover across 5-7 to and fro before each go-live.
  • Setup hallucination measurement of LLM-powered agents on what they speak under a given condition
  • Fine-tuned an OpenAI model on ~60 call transcripts and saw improved outcomes out of the box without any prompt-layer optimization. This exercise established fine-tuning as a viable path within the company, influencing the broader product strategy.

Personally tested the Snowflake to Apps Script connection to prove this 'in-sheet' idea was possible to build quickly.
  • Drove the product strategy to capture potential $XX,XXX seasonal budget increase from a key enterprise client. After identifying that a high 'Cost Per First Trip' was ceding budget to Google, I formulated a recovery plan by leveraging new publishers and the Auto-Trader algorithm.
  • Wrote a testing framework for the publisher recommendation algorithm. This framework was used to validate the publisher mix for launch while identifying critical ranking inefficiencies that became a priority for the next development cycle.
  • Executed foundational data engineering and cleaning for a few accounts to enable implementation of the Auto-Trader cost optimization algorithm.

  • Toplyne is a data scientist for marketing teams. It analyses how people use your product to predict who will become paying customers, buy more or churn.
  • Built the product and services with which ARR grew from 0$ to $XXX-K. We recieved 27 paying customers of the likes of Cloudfare, Vercel, Notion, Clickup, Rocketreach.
  • Worked on a pinning feature to reduce the usage of search by Sales reps with the goal that they will find the desired information faster. Usage of search got reduced by 58%
  • Worked on building AI model insights to build trust in Toplyne and it's AI models. Validated this build with customers on-call qualitiatively, had positive reviews
  • Streamlined Toplyne for 4 key use-cases: Lead scoring, Segmentation, Enrichment and Data Sync, simplifying a 10-15 min process into a more efficient agent task framework aligned with real-world marketing structures.
