I'm Lakshay Mahur, and my journey into the world of product management began with a simple HTML page I coded as a teenager. That initial spark ignited a passion for understanding what users truly need and how to create products that resonate with them. Every project I take on starts with the same question: "What problem are we solving?" This mindset has guided me through various roles in product management and UI/UX design. During my time at Bosscoder Academy as a Product Management Intern, I had the opportunity to build an AI-evaluated assignment interface from scratch. This project not only honed my technical skills but also allowed me to conduct over 80 user interviews, translating those insights into actionable product requirements and UX improvements. It was incredibly rewarding to see how these changes enhanced the user experience. Before that, I worked as a UI Designer at ePay.me in Dubai, where I led the complete UI design for a cryptocurrency trading app. Collaborating closely with developers ensured our vision aligned perfectly with functionality—a crucial aspect of creating seamless user experiences. Seeing users interact positively with our designs is what drives me. At Aimed Labs, I took on the role of UI/UX Designer, where I participated in branding campaigns that significantly boosted project visibility. Leading my team to develop visually appealing designs taught me the importance of collaboration and creativity in achieving impactful results.
