Hi, I'm Gavin, An alumnus from NID (National Institute of Design) with 20+ years of building human-centric solutions for my clients Over the years, I have worked across design houses, Idea and incubation cells, COE's and Consulting firms. Set up the UX practice at KPMG India and am currently leading the India/South Asia Experience design practice at IBM In my spare time, I enjoy teaching and empowering the next generation of designers and builders My work lies at the intersection of Design, People, and Technology, looking to see the role design can play in - Building sustainable brands (Business with People and the Planet at the center) - Ensuring an organization delivers an excellent experience for all its stakeholders (Customer experience, user experience, employee experience & partner experience) - Understanding the underlying motives for why we do the things we do. UX for financial services I believe in making time for the things that bring me joy, both at work and outside of it. When I'm not working, you can find me teaching, taking photos, playing sports, birdwatching, or planning my next trip. Pursuing these hobbies helps me unwind, learn, and grow as a person. It's not always easy to balance, but I find that making space for these passions actually helps me be more focused and energized in my work.
