Before i got into IIIT Hyderabad , my perception about academics and research was completely different. I used to treat academics as another JEE phase burden , but after attending a few R&D showcases at IIIT Hyderabad , i developed an interest in Computer Vision and Machine Learning applications. So in my very first year i began to study more about this field . Since i had no related courses or electives in the first year , so the only way to study about this field was to take out time after completing all my graded academics . Now by third year after following my passion of working in this field i have acquired a lot of knowledge , but it always feels like everyday I am learning something new . I feel better not when i know about a hundred different things but when i get to learn ten new things .
