Architected and optimized OTP-based onboarding funnel, increasing conversion by 110% and reducing user drop-offs in a high-traffic acquisition system. Migrated legacy codebase from JavaScript → TypeScript, improving maintainability and reducing runtime errors across modules. Replaced CRA with Vite, reducing build time by 65% and significantly improving developer productivity and deployment speed. Designed and implemented scalable component architecture and shared design system, enabling faster feature delivery across teams. Built virtualized rendering system for large datasets (100K+ rows), reducing DOM load and ensuring smooth UI performance.
