Hello people! I’m Akita ~ a Growth & Lifecycle Marketing professional with 6+ years of experience driving retention, repeat revenue and LTV growth across consumer apps and D2C businesses. I currently work at Kapiva, where I lead D2C retention and lifecycle marketing, owning repeat revenue for key categories including Women’s Health, Daily Wellness and Liver Care. Through personalized CRM journeys, LTV-based segmentation, cross-sell interventions and replenishment programs, I focus on improving repeat rate and repeat AOV while scaling retention-led revenue. Prior to this, I spent ~4 years at Games24x7 (RummyCircle) leading CRM, lifecycle and product-led growth initiatives. I designed automated lifecycle journeys across onboarding, activation, retention and reactivation using channels such as Push, WhatsApp, Email, IVR and In-app messaging. Through experimentation, cohort analysis and behavioural segmentation, I helped improve player retention, ARPU and lifetime value. Earlier in my career, I worked in Sales & Marketing at Mahindra & Mahindra, driving GTM initiatives and dealer network growth across the North East region.
