• Technical Lead & Engineering Manager — Firmware & Embedded Systems
• I lead a geographically distributed engineering team spanning India and the United States, driving end-to-end embedded product development from early prototype stages through mass production. I engage early in the product lifecycle, collaborating closely with the Electrical Engineering team on schematic reviews of hardware prototypes and contributing to pinout diagram definition. I serve as a technical bridge between the Product Management and Engineering teams — evaluating the feasibility of proposed product features, identifying technical risks early, and providing data-driven recommendations that help shape the product roadmap with realistic scope and timelines.
• I work directly with contract manufacturers and factory teams throughout the hardware build lifecycle, leading firmware and hardware validation across EVT, DVT and PVT/MP stages ensuring each build milestone meets quality and functional requirements before advancing to the next phase. I provide hands-on technical guidance to engineers across locations, helping unblock complex technical challenges, conducting code and design reviews, and ensuring consistent engineering practices across the team.
• My core technical depth spans Linux Kernel development and customization. BSP (Board Support Package) bring-up and platform enablement. Embedded application development. Firmware architecture for resource-constrained embedded systems
