Worked on the “UAV Avionics” project with a focus on multilayer PCB design for autonomous drones. Tasks included signal routing, footprint creation, Gerber generation, and sensor integration (IMU and barometric) for real-time navigation.
Designed and simulated multilayer PCBs using EasyEDA Pro for signal conversion and control systems. Interfaced and evaluated IMU and barometric pressure sensors by analyzing their electrical characteristics and datasheets. Worked on S-Bus to PWM signal conversion circuits using ESP32-S3 and ATmega328P microcontrollers. Followed IPC-2221 PCB design guidelines to ensure signal integrity and EMI control in routing and layout. Participated in the design and review of drone subsystems, combining analog, digital, and power components.
