But what fascinated me wasn’t the code; it was watching how technology changed the way teams worked and customers behaved.That realisation led me to XLRI Jamshedpur for an MBA in Human Resource Management, where I made the Dean’s Merit List and discovered my calling: using technology and data to solve people problems at scale.Now at Accenture Strategy (Talent & Organisation), all of it comes together.
