This is Gaurav, working with Grab (Grab a Grub Services Pvt. Ltd) as an Operation manager-Last Mile and taking care of entire MP&CG, I'm associate myself for sourcing & onboarding and Supply fulfillment of entire MP & CG state, Also I'm responsible for fulfilling & enhancing the last mile delivery operation. Prior to Grab, I was associated with Zomato as a Fleet Operation lead and taking care of Sourcing & Onboarding, handling the team of fleet managers and was responsible for First & last mile operation completion and fulfillment. Before this I was associated with Swiggy as a Sr. Fleet manager operations and was responsible for Supply Fulfilments, DE's communications and campaigns, serviceability and SLA management, Order rejections, efficiency, DE's engagement & attrition, Field Training, Customer experience & escalations and Surge planning. before that I was associated with Teleperformance (TP) as a Customer service representative under UBER process. Prior to this I was associated with Hinduja Global solutions (HGS) as a Subject matter experts (SME) and Team leader in Repeat contact rate (RCR) module for 2 year. I have a BE degree In Electronics communications Engineering from RGTU Bhopal.
