Today I'm leading full-stack at Ennoventure, a global anti-counterfeiting company where the systems I build protect billions of product packages worldwide. That one took patience, coordination, and a lot of late nights debugging distributed systems for the first time. We were on Azure. I moved us to AWS — ECS to EKS, full infrastructure overhaul. At one point I had to build a system that generates 1 million encrypted QR codes in under 2 hours while handling 1,000+ concurrent scans in near real-time. It works. Still works. That's the kind of problem I love. The Agentic AI work has been the most fun. I've been experimenting with AI tools longer than most teams even knew they existed. We automated a sales demo workflow that used to take days — it now runs in 5 minutes. Team productivity went up 40% across the board. I genuinely believe AI-first development is the biggest shift in how software gets built since cloud, and I'm all in on it. Before Ennoventure I spent two years at MFine building healthcare infrastructure for the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission — one of India's largest digital health programs. Before that, travel booking, mobile recharge platforms, payment gateways, live video, React Native SDKs. I've shipped a lot across a lot of domains.
