I don't fit neatly into one box. And honestly — I've stopped trying. I'm Aastha — a Brand Strategist who sits at the intersection of creative thinking, consumer psychology and strategic execution. I came into marketing the way most honest people do — not with a perfect plan, but with a deep curiosity about why people feel things, buy things and believe in things. Before I understood marketing, I understood stories. I grew up writing — poetry, observations, quiet thoughts about people and what moves them. Somewhere along the way I realised that brands are just stories too. They need a voice. A feeling. A reason for someone to care. Today I work as a Management Trainee at StartupHyper where I run the full spectrum — brand strategy, content creation, SEO, social media, campaign planning and HR operations. No budget, no shortcuts. Just strategy, consistency and a deep understanding of the audience. In 2 months I ranked StartupHyper as the #1 listed machinery company in Patna on Google — organically. No paid ads. Just the right content, built for the right people. What I believe about marketing: Ads buy attention. Strategy builds trust. And the best marketing never feels like marketing at all.
