One of three winners selected from university teams across Europe. Before that, 3.5 years at Kazam. Joined early, left as Tech Lead. Watched the company go from a small team to a Series B backed by IFC and the World Bank, operating across 80 cities and 10 countries. Built the consumer app, the Battery Swapping Management System, and the payment infrastructure that B2B clients ran on. Now finishing an MEng in Computer Vision and AI at the University of Limerick. Research focuses on transformer-based models and edge AI inference. I build end-to-end. React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, AWS. Available now, based in Ireland.

Joined Kazam as an early engineer. Left as Tech Lead, 3.5 years later, after a Series B backed by IFC and the World Bank, with the platform running across 80 cities and 10 countries.
Owned four live products at once. The consumer Kazam App used by thousands of EV users daily. The Battery Swapping Management System built from scratch for enterprise B2B clients, real-time tracking, full backend and mobile. A PPI payment integration that handled actual money moving through EV charging infrastructure. An OEM Installation Tool for monitoring on-ground charger deployments across the country.
The payment work was some of the most demanding owning the full flow from API design to reconciliation logic to production monitoring. Got failures to zero within two weeks of launch and kept them there.
Went from writing code to making architecture calls, running reviews, and keeping four engineers shipping on two-week cycles. Used AI tooling daily Claude, Cursor, Copilot for spec writing, PR review, and test generation.
