• Led a multi-partner collaboration between WII, USC, Corbett Tiger Reserve, and Microsoft AI for Earth to apply AI for species conservation. Defined vision, strategy, and UX for individual tiger identification from millions of camera-trap images; built partnerships, managed sensitive data, and advanced model performance through custom AI and data augmentation. Presented at MLADS 2018 (MSR, Redmond) and led a pitch to the Telangana Government to expand AI for Wildlife. Also initiated predictive analytics for poacher detection using UAV drones and AI, coordinating with WII and Corbett on deployment.

• I provide innovative UX Design solutions for various Enterprises and customers. Involved right from envisioning stage of a product, till the end of the project lifecycle. I gather customer requirements, translate insights from user research to meaningful, high level prototypes. Planned and lead multiple UX projects in the Europe, LATAM, Africa regions and taken up challenging government projects. Led the UX initiative for Smart Zambia, KPMG, Tata Sons, HP. My work at Microsoft spans Design Thinking Envisioning workshops, User Research, Interaction Design and Visual Design. A good amount of my work also spans stakeholder management, coming up with a user research plan, and working closely with functional requirement team to develop the functional specifications, write user stories across sprints.
• I conduct Design Thinking workshops regularly for architects/developers/non designers to increase awareness on user centered design and apply creative thinking to come up with better solutions.
• From time to time I grab opportunities to explore new ideas, concepts, technologies on the side which often become real projects later. For e.g. I was part of a National Geographic Young Explorer expedition, won at Hackathon regional category and led the Smart city 3D projection mapping (mixed reality) installation. Recently i have been working on how innovation can help in the public sectors like environmen. My love for travelling and meeting new people has also contributed to me driving successful customer workshops abroad. As a volunteer i have worked under MySkillsforAfrica for Africa Renewable Energy Development designing their mobile/web apps. I indulge in photography, sketching, animation and have professionally done the same for music festivals, album covers etc.
