I'm Principal Product Manager, Student Experience, Search & Monetization at Keystone Education Group. Top of Keystone's IC track. I own search, monetization, and the logged-in experience across Keystone's marketplace: 134M users, 60+ markets. I drive the convergence strategy adopted as company product vision: Free Text Search Discovery, Agentic Discovery Layer, and Logged-In Experience as one product line. The reframe I keep coming back to: PMs spend years getting good at writing specs, then realise the spec was the bottleneck. The work isn't to describe what to build. The work is to build alongside the team and compound the operating model so the next problem takes half as long. What one PM can do today, the team can do tomorrow. I'm a Builder PM. I ship internal tooling. I run a Claude Code workspace of 33+ skills and 9 agents that automate work that would otherwise eat the week. What I've shipped at Keystone: • Rebuilt search with hybrid retrieval and RRF re-ranking through 11 A/B tests. +23% traffic, +11% leads YoY, 70% faster indexing. • Launched Kevel-powered AdTech platform with ~5% CTR, contributing to SEK 207M incremental annual revenue. • Shipped ESP recommendation system with 4.6x lead multiplier, now the largest lead volume channel at Keystone. I've always built things ahead of their time. In late 2011, I led product at Beshto, the first microblogging platform in South Asia, and Beshto Proshno, our answer to Quora. At Grameenphone, I designed the onboarding experience that grew Bangladesh's internet user base from 14M to 34.8M in three quarters. I designed Bluebox, the biometric SIM tool used by 500,000 retailers. I have a Masters in Human-Computer Interaction from Uppsala University. That design foundation shapes everything I build. I write at Product Field Notes on Substack about what works and what breaks. I teach PM fundamentals to 5,000+ students at Ostad and mentor 250+ PMs through ADPList (Top 50 globally).
