• During the Transformation Journey, delivered four waves of transformation had been completed successfully.
• The first wave covers the - Design of a new Digital Strategy for the whole nationwide hospital group, restructuration of the team, build up the Digital transformation capability and culture of the nationwide hospital teams. This wave also covered successfully standardization and secure nationwide infrastructure services and optimization.
