• A US telecom giant who uses Salesforce to manage its B2B sales environment for their existing and new Customers, and manage their potential customers’ leads. For a seamless service delivery, Salesforce was integrated Salesforce with their OSS and BSS applications, which includes their Order Management, Service Designing, Provisioning, Activation, and Billing applications, among others. The project involves testing various order flows developed to cater the client’s Small-Medium Business customers and Large Enterprise Customers

• Project:
• Worked for one of the core projects for a US telecom giant. My roles and responsibilities included testing of their logical inventory management tool ‘Amdocs OSS 10.0’ (earlier knows as Cramer). This tool is used by most Telecom operators across the world to manage their logical Network Inventory, Provision Ethernet and SDWAN Services, and Configure, manage Physical and Logical ports, Networks, Devices among other features.
• Along with Functional, Regression, Integration, API, Database and E2E Testing, I had the opportunity to contribute towards Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver with Java using the TestNG Framework and Page Object Model as the design pattern, utilising GIT as the version control system and Maven for Build Management.
• Achievements:
• Awarded the best performer for monthly and quarterly deliverables
• Repeatedly recognised and appreciated by Client for consistently maintaining the quality of the Product, and for innovative thinking
• Played major role in the cultural committee to organise events at large scale
