Building a pre-launch product prototype focused on B2B wholesale and custom bag sourcing workflows.
MEERAJ SRGL Group is a pre-launch product project exploring how bulk bag sourcing can be structured more efficiently for packaging, gifting, promotions, and branded merchandise use cases.
The problem being addressed is the fragmented and slow process of bulk sourcing: buyers often face unclear product options, inconsistent communication, difficulty comparing materials and sizes, and delays in converting branding ideas into production-ready requirements.
The project focuses on creating a more structured workflow where users can explore product categories, understand specifications, submit bulk requirements, and move more efficiently from inquiry to custom bag concepts.
Designed and implemented the system using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, covering authentication, structured inquiry flows, and scalable frontend/backend organization.
Applied agentic AI-assisted development for architecture planning, system decomposition, and implementation support, while ensuring correctness and maintainability through structured validation.
Currently a non-commercial, pre-launch side project alongside my M.Sc. studies.
