I founded UX Connections with a vision to provide specialised, flexible, on-site UX help to clients. By working directly with our client teams, we add value every day performing user research, consultancy and design for digital products. Our deliverables are second to none, and our consultants are talented, hardworking and bring a rigour and flair to their work that is the hallmark of UX Connections. My own background is 10 years working as a user experience designer and 3 years as a front-end developer, information architect and project manager. I have a wealth of experience I can draw on when mentoring my team and delivering for our clients. I’ve worked across key sectors including financial services, travel & tourism, media & entertainment, ecommerce, FMCG, and telecommunications to create engaging, innovative user experiences for big brands such as Virgin Atlantic, HTC, Barclaycard, Unilever and Visit London. I’ve worked in Europe, the Middle East & North America. Specialties: I have extensive experience across the spectrum of user experience design. My specialisms include creating beautiful wireframe documents to communicate ideas and interaction designs to my team; mentoring and team leadership of junior and mid-level UX designers; usability testing, including detailed recommendations; competitor analyses and heuristic evaluations; and user research, survey design & persona development to define our users and fight for their needs throughout the process.
