With over 25 years of experience and an MBA in HR, I spent a decade at Bharti Airtel across multiple Human Resources roles before founding Helix HR in 2007. Over the last 18+ years, Helix has partnered with founders, CEOs, PE-backed firms, and leadership teams across India, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, helping build high-impact leadership and middle management teams across Tech/SaaS, Telecom & Digital Infrastructure, Consumer Electronics, Consulting, E-commerce, Cloud, AI, and New-age businesses. Our strongest expertise continues to be across CFO & Finance Leadership, CHRO & HR Leadership, Legal & General Counsel, Enterprise Sales, Product, AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation, and Strategy mandates.
