Retail HRBP focused on building structure in fast-growing store networks. I work closely with business and store teams to make HR practical and usable on the floor — from hiring and store launch readiness to performance, discipline and compliance frameworks. My goal is simple: remove confusion for managers so they can focus on selling and running stores better. I’ve helped set up end-to-end retail people processes including hiring, onboarding, attendance, payroll governance, POSH, and employee lifecycle management. I prefer systems that people actually follow, not policies that only exist on paper. I believe HR should drive business outcomes — lower attrition, clearer accountability and stronger store ownership.   • Transitioned from HR Operations into a Business HR partnering role to support the company’s retail expansion and bring decision ownership closer to the business. My focus shifted from executing processes to enabling leaders — helping store and regional managers take consistent people decisions around performance, behaviour and team structure.

  • I also introduced performance reviews, people dashboards and staffing visibility so hiring readiness, exits and workforce gaps could be anticipated during new store launches rather than managed after issues occurred. The role now functions as a business support partner to retail rather than a support function handling requests.
